Delivery

For Sydney area (About 20km radius from CBD) Imagine Sanctuary offers next-business-day delivery for AUS$6.

The delivery run will start in our depot at 6:30pm each night. An email with the estimated time of delivery for your order will be sent to you prior to 6:30pm on the same day.

If you are not able to receive the goods, then please contact us. The parcel will only be given to the nominated receiving person,hence proof of ID is required.

We also have courier or parcel post service for orders outside Sydney.  The Courier or Registered parcel post delivery price is AUS$12.00. It will take maximum 3 days to reach your place. 

Express Post delivery only availble for smaller items.

Privacy

Your privacy is assured by us. We will not distribute any information gained through your use of our service. No records of credit card will be stored in our database. All transaction are done solely through Pay Pal.

Price

Whilst we try to make sure our prices are accurate, in the event of a price being incorrect, we reserve the right to notify you of this and quote the correct price.

Stock Availability

Orders for available stocked items will be processed (at the latest) by the next business day, subject to the received order volumes. If a stock item is mark unavailable at the time of purchase and you choose to purchased it, you will be notified by email the estimated time it will take for us to stock the item and process your order.

Returns & Exchange

Imagine Sanctuary will refund any purchase within 7 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product is in its original packaging, the packaging is in reasonably good condition and it has not been opened. Freight costs, to return the product by Courier, are covered by the Customer. We will exchange products within 1 Year, as long as the product is in its original packaging, the packaging is in reasonably good condition and it has not been opened. Freight costs, to return the product by Courier, are covered by the Customer.
